OFP Funding Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 25/04/2025
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By registering or participating in the OFP Funding Affiliate Program, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). These terms govern your participation as an affiliate promoting OFP Funding’s services.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the legal relationship between the affiliate (“you”, “your”) and OFP Funding (“we”, “us”, “our”), a proprietary trading firm that offers Instant Funded Accounts globally.
1.2. The objective of this Affiliate Program is to allow affiliates to promote OFP Funding’s products and receive a commission for each successful referral.

2. DEFINITIONS
Affiliate: An individual or legal entity approved by OFP Funding to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Customer: A person who signs up for and purchases OFP Funding services using the Affiliate’s referral link.
Product: OFP Funding’s Instant Funded Account services.
Tracking Platform: Everflow, used to monitor and record affiliate activity and performance.
Cookie: A 30-day browser-based tracking mechanism associating a visitor with an Affiliate.
Commission: The financial reward earned by the Affiliate for qualified customer referrals.

3. AFFILIATE COMMISSION
3.1. Commission Structure is subject to change.
Current Offer available to select affiliates includes:
35% on the first purchase by a new customer.
15% on all subsequent purchases made by that customer.
This offer is valid until October 31st, 2025.
3.2. No performance tiers or bonus levels are currently offered.

4. TRACKING AND COOKIE DURATION
4.1. Affiliate referrals are tracked via Everflow using a 30-day cookie. If a customer signs up within 30 days of clicking the Affiliate's link, the commission is credited to the Affiliate.
4.2. If the cookie is cleared or expired, or if the customer signs up via another link, the original Affiliate will not receive credit.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1. Payout Frequency: Commissions are paid monthly, within the first 10 workdays of the month
5.2. Approval Period: Up to a 7 -day hold applies after a transaction to allow for refund or dispute handling.
5.3. Minimum Threshold: A balance of $200 USD is required for withdrawal.
5.4. Payment Methods: Riseworks, Crypto (USDC through ERC20 or Polygon chains) and direct bank transfers.
5.5. Affiliates are responsible for any transfer fees and for providing accurate payment details.

6. PROMOTION & RESTRICTIONS
6.1. Affiliates may promote via:
Organic content
Social media
Paid advertisements
6.2. Advertising & Brand Bidding Policy
Affiliates are permitted to run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and to publish content through organic channels (e.g., blogs, YouTube, social media), under the following conditions:
- All advertising creatives (including text, images, videos, and landing pages) are invited to submit in advance for compliance review and written approval at affiliates@ofpfunding.com .
- Use of misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated language (e.g., “official site,” “guaranteed profit,” “100% success”) is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not impersonate OFP Funding or claim official endorsement.
- All content must comply with OFP Funding’s brand integrity and applicable advertising laws.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Policy
Targeting OFP-branded keywords in paid search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo) is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly authorized in writing by OFP Funding.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Keywords such as “OFP Funding,” “ofpfunding,” “OFP prop firm”
- Variants or misspellings (e.g., “opf funding,” “ofp trading,” “ofp login,” etc.)

Affiliates seeking approval must submit a request in advance to affiliates@ofpfunding.com .
OFP Funding reserves the right to audit advertising activity at any time, request edits, suspend non-compliant campaigns, or remove affiliates from the program in case of repeated or severe violations


7. TERMINATION & ACCOUNTABILITY
7.1. OFP Funding may terminate or suspend an Affiliate account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
7.2. Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to):
Fraudulent activity
Violation of these terms
Harm to the brand’s reputation
7.3. Upon termination, all rights to commissions and marketing materials are revoked, and the Affiliate must cease use of any OFP Funding assets.

8. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. OFP Funding grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its logos and marketing assets solely for Affiliate Program purposes.
8.2. All brand assets remain the sole property of OFP Funding.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
9.1. The Affiliate Program and all services are provided “as is” without warranty.
9.2. OFP Funding will not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data, or opportunities.
9.3. Liability in any event shall be capped at the total commission paid to the Affiliate within the past 6 months.

10. MODIFICATIONS
10.1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Notice will be provided via email or through the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY
11.1. Affiliates must keep confidential all information related to the Program, including data, rates, strategies, and internal communications.

12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
